Shopping List:
-1 package of "Crackalacka" Cracker Seasoning Mix
-4 sleeves of of Saltine crackers (or 2 boxes of mini crackers)
-1 1/2 cups of Canola Oil
- 2 gallon Ziplock Bag
Directions: Combine 1 1/2 cups of Canola oil with the package of Cracker Seasoning and mix well. Using the 2 gallon Ziplock bag, add in the crackers (4 sleeves or 2 boxes of mini crackers) to the mixture. Seal the bag with air inside and gently tumble the crackers until they are coated. Lay the bag flat for 15-20 minutes and then tumble it again until all oil is absorbed. Let sit overnight. Enjoy!
(To extend freshness up to two weeks, store in an air-tight container. Can also be kept in the freezer.)
Ingredients: Granulated sugar, pumpkin powder, cinnamon.
